Kara Lemoine, LISW

Kara has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of mental health, providing individual, family and group therapy, diagnostic assessment and crisis intervention to children, teens and adults. Her diverse experience spans private, community, medical, and school-based settings. She has served in several clinical leadership roles, including as lead clinician of a large group practice and supervisor of a residential treatment unit. She has also developed and implemented curricula for several group therapy and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
Kara earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University and her master’s degree in social work from Cleveland State University. She is a licensed independent social worker in the State of Ohio. Kara specializes in treating adults with anxiety and panic disorders, depression and mood disorders, trauma, LGBTQ concerns, grief, illness, addictions and life changes. Additionally, Kara has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
Judie Caster, LISW-S
Judie has 14 year of experience providing mental health and substance abuse services to adolescents, adults and families. She has worked in a variety of treatment milieus including community, residential, school and in-home. Additionally, Judie served in a volunteer capacity for 10 years as a Court Appointed Special Advocate to represent abused, neglected and delinquent juveniles in the court system.
Judie holds a bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and a master’s degree in social work from Cleveland State University. She is a licensed independent social worker with her supervisor endorsement in the state of Ohio. Judie specializes in working with adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger/aggression and LGBTQ issues.
Craig Djukic, LISW-S
Craig has provided assessment, individual and group counseling to adults, children and families since 2010. He has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, juvenile court and hospitals, including his current role providing consultation, education and crisis intervention with the Cleveland Clinic. Additionally, Craig has trained and supervised newer clinicians entering the field.
Craig earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Akron and received his master’s degree in social science administration from Case Western Reserve University. He is a licensed independent social worker with his supervisor endorsement. Craig’s specialties include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief, family issues and life transitions.
